• *Please note that presenters must register by 30 April. Failure to register and pay will result in cancellation of the abstract.

Registration Fees

Participants are strongly advised to register for the conference in advance.

• *All payment must be made in Japanese yen.
• *10% consumption tax is included.
• *The fees will automatically change at 0:00 on May 1, 2023 (Japan Standard Time).
• *The difference between the registration fee for ISHS members and non-members is 10,000 yen, which is slightly less than the ISHS membership fee of 80 euros (~12,000 yen), but non-members will be required to pay an additional 80 euros for abstract submission. Those who wish to present at AHC are encouraged to join ISHS.

• *1: JSHS members who are not ISHS members. A fee of 80 euros will be charged for submitting abstracts.
• *2: Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of the congress. Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for students who have full time job.
• *3: Participation only, presentations not allowed.
• *4 Family member only
• *5: Registration must be completed by April 30 to participate.
• ※Coffee break and cocktail party (August 29) are free!

Payment Procedure

Registration should be accompanied by a remittance of the total amount of the registration fee due JTBGMT.
No registration will be confirmed in the absence of this payment.
All payment must be in Japanese yen.
The deadline for the payment is;
Early Registration: 30 April, 2023

• *If payment is received after this date, late registration fee will be applied.

Late Registration: 15 August, 2023

Credit card payments

The credit cards listed below can be used to make payments.
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club
The amount will be charged by "JTB INTERNET SETTLEMENT" in your card statement.

• *Please note that presenters must register by 30 April. Failure to register and pay will result in cancellation of the abstract.

Confirmation

Your registration will be confirmed upon completing both your online reservation and the payment.

Cancellation

To cancel your registration, please notify the Registration Office (ahc2023@gmt.jtb.jp) in writing.
Refunds will be made if the cancellation of the conference registration occurs by April 30, 2023, with an administration cost of 10,000 JPY.
No refunds can be provided for cancellations after July 1, 2023.
All refunds will be made via the credit card used to pay the registration fee within 30 days after the conference.

• *If the request is received outside business hours, the arrangements will be handled on the next business day.
