Presentation Guidelines
The committee would like to express appreciation for many of submission of oral and poster presentations from all over the world.
Oral presentations
The presentation time is 15 minutes (Q&A: 12-minute presentation plus 3 minutes for 1 or 2 questions) for all the ordinary oral presentations, except for the plenary and keynote presentations. The schedule is very tight due to many accepted oral presentations, please keep your time.

| Fonts | Do not use proprietary fonts. All fonts in the presentation should be Windows 11 standards. Arial, Times New Roman are recommended. |
PC (laptop, Windows 10 Professional, with PowerPoint 2021 and PDF adobe Reader DC) that is already set up in each session room can be used. We will prepare PCs for preview at the venue. You can use the PCs to check your file. Please note that you cannot connect your own PC.
For additional information to oral presenters
As previously informed, the oral presentations will be conducted using the PCs provided at the venue, not your personal laptops. In order to have your presentation files ready on the PC in advance, we kindly request you to upload the files to the server by August 25 (Friday) 24:00 JST.
The submission URL has been sent to the presenters individually via email from ahc2023@jshs.jp with the subject “[AHC2023]Please upload your ppt file.”

Poster presentations
Your presentation is face-to-face at the venue and online at the congress platform. Hang your printed poster on the designated poster board at the venue. We also ask you to upload the PDF version to the congress platform whose upload link was sent to individual presenters. Do not include any confidential or restricted information. If you use any copyrighted information, graphics or intellectual property, you should take permission from the owner and they must be properly attributed.

For additional information to poster presenters
As the poster presentation venue is divided into two locations, approximately 1 km (a 10-minute walk) apart, we will also conduct a virtual poster presentation to enable mutual viewing of posters online. To display your posters in the virtual venue, please upload the PDF posters to the server by August 22nd (Tuesday).
The submission URL was sent on 7/26 via email from support@virtualpostersession.org with the subject "Please submit your Virtual Poster." If you have not received it, please check your spam folder.
